I don't know why it takes 8 days to ship a laptop charger from California to Minnesota. I buy things from Cal, all the time and it usually takes 3-4 days. Then when I look at the tracking it says it is in NJ. for 4 days. I should have expected something flakey being it was the cheapest one I could find. Not Really a Nice Experience when you can't use your computer for a week !!

The item had the wrong plug end and one of the wheels was damaged. They gave me a $15 partial refund after several messages back and forth and I got sick of arguing with them. No offer to replace the damaged item or provide with the correct power cord. Their ad stated that it was provided with au cord which was why I chose their product.
