On the positive side shipping was excellent and very well packed. But It does not appear to have the description with which it was promoted. Cosmetically it looks almost new. But on the third day it started to turn off by itself. In short I lost almost $200. I will not invest online again or recommend any family member, friend or co-worker to make the decision i made..

It looks almost new, well packaged and fast shipping. Wow, we really deserved a negative review! The laptop will restart as part of the automatic Windows updates- as we told you. Also, you paid $125, which is not "almost $200". And for full transparency for those who are reading this, you kept the laptop, you did not want to return it. That says a lot about your intentions. "Give me a refund or I will do a negative review". This is BS.
