The vacuum cleaner’s delicate plastic tank was shipped without protection, increasing the risk of damage. Mold was found on the filter and bottom of the tank (both had to be tossed and replaced). The overpowering smell of mold hit us the moment we opened the box. This echoes experiences of other users who received poorly packaged or inaccurately described items from the seller. In the attached photos you can see the moldy filter, lack of packaging protection, and the mold in the box.
