Great device, especially for handsfree calling
Purchased for music, but more importantly for handsfree calling. I had purchased a different type previously and the sound was great, however, the microphone was terrible, and no one could hear me. I researched different models with detachable or longer microphones. This one works extremely well and the 2 ft cable allows for different mounting points that you can try prior mounting to with the adhesive. I mounted mine near the ignition and have not had any issues. The unit does not feel heavy duty, but it seems to be working well after one month. The base boost works and gives you a noticeable difference. I am very happy with this purchase. I did try inserting a longer microphone but it did not work with the unit. Didn't turn out to matter as I ran an adapter (multi port cigarette ... Purchased for music, but more importantly for handsfree calling.
