Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

Intense color, great if you are used to ink.
These watercolors are intense, highly concentrated colors. Be prepared to add a lot of water for skin tones. Layer and mix beautifully, too. In fact, the only real gripe I have with these is they are a pain to work with if you try to rewet them. It's possible, but the pigment clumps and it could ruin a work, if you're not careful. This is especially a problem when you consider how expensive they are and how concentrated. A drop or two is enough for most paintings (assuming you're working around 9x12) so it's really easy to get too much in your pallet, and if you're like me, you hate to waste. These colors are highly pigmented and lightfast for the needs of fine artists everywhere who want their work to stay bright and brilliantly colored for more than a few years. Unlike their line of inks and brilliant watercolors used by designers, these are meant to withstand the test of time, and I believe that they will do so. I find them to be as bright and strongly pigmented as M. Graham and Daniel Smith watercolor paints and it only takes a drop or two of each color to cover an eight by ten inch surface. At this rate they will last a very long time if you have purchased the one ounce bottles as I have done. I rate these a Ten on a scale of One to Ten!
