Der Artikel den der Kunde bestellt hat, war kein Lizenzartikel. Nun wollte der Kunde einen Husqvarna Lizenzartikel bestellen. Da wir eine Lizenzgebühr an Husqvarna abgeben müssen, hätte natürlich dieser Aufpreis 1 zu 1 auf die Summe aufgeschlagen werden müssen. Die Kommunikation hat sich als sehr schwer herausgestellt, da der Kunde ziemlich aufgebracht ist. Naja jetzt hat er ja seine schlechte Bewertung raus geknattert. Der Kunde hat den Betrag erstattet bekommen, hat ihn also nichts gekostet.

Je reviens sur mes commentaires dû en fait au décalage entre le paiement et la livraison... qui il est vrai c est super bien passé pour un produit remarquable. Alors il est vrai que les photos sur site ne rendent pas pareils (profondeur du noir) mais c est a recommandé car d une facilité pour un rendu des plus exceptionnels.
