Wrong, or deliberately false. First, We did respond. 2nd, "Defective" indicates that it does not work, this is not the case. Buyer has not even stated it does not work, because it works 100% well. There is a small tear where some of the safety cabling, stuff that prevents cables from snapping and potentially exposing live-wire, can be seen, if twisted or bent to open. It was not even noticed prior and has 0 affect whatsoever on the items use and/or safety. Literally means safety cabling worked.

It works fine. It could have been packed better with high quality large bubble wrap. Home Depot Orange large bubble wrap is the most cost effective and works the best. The seller gave a discount because of the bad packing job that caused damage.
