The vest arrived in really expedited manner. Even though it was advertised as preowned,The material is in great shape, and the Velcro works right, and I fit it up to myself in pretty short order. Only one thing was wrong, the loops at the bottom of the vest that are designed to hold a Web belt or gun belt had been cut off by the previous owner, leaving little frayed pieces wherethe nylon was attached to the body of the best. Other than that it was a good deal.
