I AM SO SICK OF THESE LIARS - HORRIBLE SELLER. I bought a NEW item and was sent and OLD, DIRTY, RE-PACKAGED MACHINE. See photos. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The box was old and had been re-sealed. The cord had been re-wrapped by hand. The interior of the box was broken and missing the charging stand (I have this machine and was merely replacing my old one) and the head of the item itself was DIRTY, USED, GREASY and ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THIS SELLER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING, ANYWHERE!
