The phone wasn’t described correctly tried to work with the seller. They refused to help me in anyway do not buy from the seller.  phone was listed in very good condition, but received one in very poor condition and have pictures to prove.

Unfortunately this iPhone 14 Plus came with a small section of dead pixels, so not “excellent”, seller is not set up for direct exchanges so I had to return this one for a refund, and purchase another from them, the follow up purchase to replace the damaged one however was “excellent”, just wish they could do exchanges instead of having to put out the money again, but all was made right, original purchase was refunded.
