The phone was in excellent condition, had a new battery which gives you a message in your settings but the new battery works very well and holds charge for about as long as a brand new phone would. Item appears to be in perfect condition. It appears that they replaced the front and back glass and the battery. The only issue with the phone is the message in my settings that says the display and battery aren’t genuine, but that doesn’t affect performance at all. The phone works exactly as it should and it’s a big upgrade from my last phone. Would definitely considering doing business with the seller in the future.

Took it to Verizon to have my SE iPhone items transferred to the new Mini 12 iPhone but the new 12 would not read the SIM card after multiple try and a new SIM card. Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
