I sent it for exchange 4 times, while I was waiting for the new product to arrive, they sent me a used product with a torn package and they constantly made fun of me. Easy set up for Netflix, ITVX etc & you don’t get batteries as described. The TV was in good condition when it arrived & came with remote & mains lead as in description. Personally I have used it as a smart TV via WiFi & connected it to a home CCTV system.

    Good product

    Overall pleased with this item everything works as it should however it came with no instructions. Listed as “ opened not used” is not true as the tv remote had batteries installed with a few scratches on it and the tv itself has some cosmetic marks. Suppose you’re taking a gamble really and for just over £100 it’s worth maybe paying to price of £170 from a large retailer. Nevertheless everything works fine but could be more luck than judgement.

    Exceptional purchase at good price.

    Fast delivery and excellent product. TV works very well with a sharp clear picture and good sound. I use the in-built Wi Fi to connect to my BT Hub and it works very well. Brilliant tv - I am delighted with it. (there were no scratches on the frame or screen and thw box was clean too). It looks new. and the instructions were clear.
