This is what happens when you sell to someone in florida and they actually live in panama, here is the scam: They message you and say there is something wrong with the headphones you offer solutions and they say it does not work, you then tell them to return them, they come back and say its too expensive to ship, they then request 20% refund, this is coercion and against ebay policy and we do not play that game, I am an electronic technician and do not send defective products to buyers, PERIOD!
