This buyer doesnt know how to read. Each order is given step by step directions. What he fails to tell you he ripped the decal by not following the directions. We offer free shipping and he chose ground shipping with tracking. Definately buyer error. never came to us with questions through messages until after he left feedback. Anyone who has purchased decals before know they come with a transfer tape that is used for placing on desired area and then removed. He shows you he left it on.
