I have contacted them several times. Their site is very confusing, it led me to think I was ordering two 6 hour batteries and what I got was two 3 (?) hour batteries. 3 hour batteries go for about $25.00, they charged me over $38.00. They did sent me a prepaid return mailing label, then they wanted pictures . I sent them pictures and a copy of the mailing label, now they are saying they need more pictures. I also bought the product warranty through Allstate for a little over$3.00, same th
