DEN OF THIEVES. Purchased an iPhone from them and it was lost by UPS. They are now using a pending UPS investigation to refuse to give me a refund. When I send clear evidence that it has been lost. After receiving my “EXCELLENT” condition iPhone, it turned out that it wasn’t!
I then contacted seller about it, submitting photos to support my case.
The seller was very apologetic and accepted “my return”. In the meantime, I purchased a 2nd iPhone from seller while the 1st iPhone was sent back for a refund.
I sent word to the seller about the 2nd purchase and committed to do good on it.
The new phone came. The seller kept his word! EXCELLENT!
