Overall rating of 'Neutral' due to the poor address label on the product packaging. The very poorly printed label had a handwritten house number of '8' (see photo). This is incorrect and so the package went to the wrong house. Luckily our neighbour took it in and kept it safe. I don't know if was the sender or Royal Mail who wrote the number 8, but if the label had been printed properly in the first place, it wouldn't have happened. Otherwise the phone was as described and good value for money.

Good level of sound on the ringing Not too bad either on the level of incoming speech, although I feel higher volume would have been good. Battery goes flat before very long . Nice to have weather on the screen (internet) good to be able to send emails also emails with photo attachments The camera seemed to me to take poor pics, but it might have been my photography You have to have the mini sim - it wont take a standard sim. The trio sim is alright. Has sms and mms although i havent tried mms yet. Has a radio : the reception has to be good though otherwise no signal on the device. (poor in this regard compared to earlier model of Doro that I have) Good torch Nice feel and nice to hold.
