This company is shady and took my money and advertised a working tricycle but what I received was an incomplete trike unable to be assembled missing key components and I reached out over 15 times to be ignored for weeks now. Totally unprofessional no response no customer service could care less to help or resolve this matter. I don’t have any more patience nor do I want anything but my money back at this point because they had ample time to resolve this and now they are out of time.
