I stopped watching CSI on a regular basis when William Petersen, the actor who played Grissom, left the show. I caught a few episodes starring Laurence Fishburne,but when Ted Danson joined the cast, I left for good. I always wondered how they would end the series, but I didn't hear about this 2-hour finale until much later. I searched for it several times, with no luck, so I'm happy I found this DVD. I loved the unusual methods used by the CSI team to solve the case, and it was a nice touch for the cast members to be given the opportunity to thank the fans.
