Originally ordered from a 'different' seller who delivered in woeful (zero protection for a fragile LCD display) packaging resulting in a broken item, who then tried to offer only partial refund. eBay intervened. Ordered from this seller, almost identical (woeful) packaging resulting in another smashed LCD display on arrival and identical worded attempt to offer only a partial refund. Avoid like the plague. Totally unprofessional. Found another seller, who did a top job packaging the item. AVOID

The item turned up broken, it was mailed in a thin plastic bag with no padding. When I contacted the seller they tried to only refund me 1/4 of what I paid. They then offered me half of my money back but I am still yet to receive any refund at all.
