I have just used this kit to bleed my brakes and I have to say it was one of the most satisfying things I have done for a while ( I know, I lead a sheltered life). When I attempted to insert the plastic adapter which was provided in the kit into the caliper it was very reluctant to go in at first but with some coaxing it finally slid in and I was relieved. The instructions are quite lengthy so I found a much more straightforward video on You-tube which worked well. All in all - a great item!
