Very good customer service (by Rosie) which turned a poor situation into a good one. She double checked stock and sent out the correct product. I wish all ebay sellers were this good.

After the review I was contacted and offered a replacement pair of jeans that were checked to have the original branding, that's difficult to remove, which indicates they are genuine seconds. I received these and still got a refund. I'm very happy with the service I received from Rosie and wish I could change the rating. I hope the mistake was just mislabelled product rather than fakes. I would purchase from them again.
