Condition of the mug was perfect - the packaging however got destroyed on the way here. Please, please pack collectors boxes like this inside bigger boxes with a little newspaper etc. I would have paid extra for the fact just to receive the item with all eight corners intact. The postman rolled this down the stairs and squeezed it seven ways from sunday and it's so painful comparing what arrived to the listing photos - but i do love the mug and the dispatch was very quick!

Partial refund given to buyer on account of the postal damage. Very disappointed to hear this!!! All items sent include postal insurance to cover any potential damage during transit.
