The mug warmer, according to the description, comes beautifully gift wrapped. My mug warmer came in a box which was fully covered in tape. Therefore, it’s not possible to use it as a gift. I have exchanged multiple messages with the seller and asked to send me the box, as promised. The seller offered only one option- to return the item for a refund. This item costed £17.99 and will need to go to a charity shop while I order a new gift for a friend. DO NOT TRUST the seller
