Untrue and incorrect comment. We have informed the buyer of their options to return the item. We have no problem in refunding the product when it is returned. We are a top rated seller and we look after our customers. We have already asked the customer to open a return. We have asked them to return the item but they have not yet done so. Our answer follows e-bay guidelines so we cannot help it if the customer is not happy with e-bay policy.

Pauline, we supply two sealed tips in each kit and each kit is inspected prior to dispatch by myself. The tip shown in your photo is for vaginal washing; the end of the tip indeed has holes to allow water to come out of. The the shorter straight tip in the same sealed bag is for colonic irrigation use.
