    JLL 20KG Cast Iron dumbbell set

    These weights are really good especially for the price, I've used them quite a few times now pretty much every day since I got them (apart from rest days). Only downside is they hurt your hands but not an issue can easily wear padded workout gloves or get some kind of rubber grip to put over it. Very easy to increase weight with all the different size weight plates. Pretty secure spinlocks, they may move a bit depending on your workout but not a lot at all and makes no difference to the weight or your workout. All in all very glad I purchased these, can workout in the comfort of my own home and add weight when needed to build strength and muscle. Would definitely recommend.

    Good quality dumbbells

    Good quality, the locking nuts hold well, sometimes needing tightening after a strenuous workout but generally they hold well. Solid weights and good value. Not all the weights are shown in my photo.

    great universal weights.

    Great product which not only allows for dumbbells to be used but is just wide enough to fit most of the weights to a single bar for squats ect .The The threads are a little loose but are more than secure. I'm impressed. Well worth the money.
