Item arrived damaged,probably by the courier dropping the package over a 6ft gate!The seller offered me a £30 refund if I kept the side steps.It would have cost far more to have them repaired so I tried to get the seller to arrange a return.They originally sent me a Royal Mail label with the weight stated as 0-2Kgs,whereas both items weighed 19.9Kgs combined.After more delaying tactics,I eventually asked eBay to step in and I got my refund,otherwise I doubt that I would have been refunded.
