    They do what they are supposed to do, very well

    Stabilus gas struts sorted out my problem with the boot of my A2 not shutting properly. The original struts had worn causing the boot lid to bounce on closing. The new struts work really well, slowing down the boot lid nicely at both extremes of travel.
