wellseal tube arrived in plastic bag without being in a box so was squashed at neck in post. contacted seller who said sorry and said he would refund if i returned and paid return postage. But every other supplier I have used sends tubes in their boxes and its a lot of hassle to post back.

Arrived damaged. Invoice mentioned to contact them first to try and resolve any issues. Box so badly damaged it could not be used as a travel emergency bulb kit. They offered me a 50 pence partial refund but no return option amd that was where the conversation ended. Not a good experience really.
