Item took ages to arrive, then I had to pay £5 my end to Royal Mail before they would deliver as the seller hadn’t paid the postage. Had no reply from seller after lots of messages. Poor service

Came out with dents and imperfections then contacted the seller with the pictures agreed to 10% refund and later saying that is sorry about I didn't receive the item.Send back an email confirming that I've received the item but has dents and no reply back.
