Advertised as new this item was delivered quickly enough but immediately on unpacking I realised that it was certainly not new. The box was damaged and had obviously been opened many times. The main unit itself was scratched and marked and the cable was in a tangle on top of the unit itself. Upon complaining, the seller offered a 10% discount and because we were leaving two days later and needed the pump, I accepted it. I will not deal with this seller again and certainly cannot recommend them.

    Brilliant product and a must have for winter caravanning.

    I'm new to caravanning and thought myself extremely brave to go away for last weekend in November. I invested in one of these jackets for "just in case purposes" and on my first night, there was a heavy frost by 10pm. This jacket is of a really high quality and very easy to fit. It even has a nase which Velcros tontye main part of the jacket. I can't recommend this product highly enough. It surpassed all my expectations and the price is a bargain. Exactly the same item is £32 in Go Outdoors without a discount card, and £23 with it.

    insulated aqua-roll cover

    just used the insulated jacket for the first time last week. we had frost two nights with no problems of frozen water. the jacket is easy to fit as it is in three sections and Velcro together which is easy to do. no complaints at all, one of my better purchases.

    Aquaroll insulation cover

    I didn’t expect the base to be separate, I suppose there is a good reason(no reference on packaging). A bit baggy on Aquaroll , no provision for side entry for water hook-up from full service sites but I guess this would generally only be required in warmer conditions. This would negate the advantage of putting it on inside out to to keep water cool.
