The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour.
Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund.
I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Exactly as described, well pleased about the item .. however received from Courier with one end of the bag cut open exposing the box inside .. would seriously doubt it left the seller in this condition, also looked like the inner box had been re-sellotaped back up .. would suggest a rethink on using this Courier again (ps: the driver who delivered it was very apologetic, but it wasn't his fault, probably happened at the distribution depot)
