The rod was poorly packaged and not labelled fragile. It was delivered broken. The seller took two days to reply to messages. When posted and sent confirmation I received a reply within an hour. Seller received the item via parcel force and says later I have still not received my refund. I would not recommend to ebayers. I am a long term user and this is poor and unsatisfactory.

Exactly as described, well pleased about the item .. however received from Courier with one end of the bag cut open exposing the box inside .. would seriously doubt it left the seller in this condition, also looked like the inner box had been re-sellotaped back up .. would suggest a rethink on using this Courier again (ps: the driver who delivered it was very apologetic, but it wasn't his fault, probably happened at the distribution depot)

    I bought this for my MTB

    I bought this to use on my MTB rear suspension, the ridged pipe and trigger makes it useable with one hand leaving the other free to hold the bike.

    Draper Grease Gun Review

    Draper in my mind have produced quality tools just about forever, in the past I would choose a Draper tool because of this. However in this instance, I wanted a grease gun that would take a 400g grease cartridge, this gun although advertised as doing so would not take the cartridge. The whole purpose of purchasing this gun was to take advantage of a quick load of grease. The quality of the gun was great, draper standard, it just didn't do what it was advertised as doing for me.

    Quality

    I had just bought a cheaper gun at £19 and on first use it broke a grease nipple off my quad and no it wasn't operator error : the tip was somehow damaged. Bought this gun works really well easy to use ; 5 stars IMHO, Trev.

    Allegedly idiot proof - certainly passed with me!

    I'm not a mechanic and ones I used in the passed seem so different but managed to do the job without wasting too much grease making sure the top and bottom were tight enough. So far user error has been the issue and I am very happy that the product is robust enough to withstand stupidity.
