The item itself is exactly what I want at a very good price. The service was quick and the communication was very good. My only gripe is that the packaging was no more than a bin liner and parcel tape. This meant that the case for the item arrived torn. Not a huge detriment, but disappointing nonetheless. I would still shop with them again.

    Self assembly easy to get wrong

    The product came self assembly. No matter how instructions are read it is easy to assemble incorrectly - meaning one has to disassemble and rebuild that stage again, which obviously leads to excessive time for build, quality of parts is excellent. Leaflet cries out for good clear diagrams ! Once assembled it has proved a very valued DIY asset.

    Work bench

    The metal components were ok but fiddly to put together. The mdf top was only held on by self tapping screws, that made it very flimsy. With decent use it would not take long for these to come off!
