Abysmal customer care. Order placed on Monday with a due delivery of Thursday via a 24 hour courier. I contacted the seller on Wednesday as it was not showing as dispatched yet as it was wanted urgently for a very elderly lady but they said that they want 48 hours to process the order fthey finally sent on the Thursday but by 48 hour courier and not delivered till Saturday. Why make false claims on delivery times and methods and why not show concern when I told them who needed it urgently ?
