Once completely assembled this cart seems very sturdy. Yes the slots/holes for the assembly hardware are a tad big and oblong but this allows you to install it all and finger tighten them first. If you square the cart up when you finally tighten everything it seems solid. Fits my flux core welder great (no tanks so a get more storage space) Just be warned the hardware is on the soft side and the screw slots round out fairy easy if you tighten them on the tighter side.

Very weak until bolts tightened, holes/slots too large. I replaced main bolts with full size 1/4", didn't trust the supplied bolts. Center shelf didn't fit. Used spacers to make up difference. Main large wheel didn't fit. Had to open up hole in hard plastic bushing. Front casters are on but with as loose as they are, I expect to replace them soon. CCR. Spend more, get better quality. Doubt if it would ever come close to holding advertised weight. Sorry guy. Just telling it like is

Poorly designed. With a little forethought the product could have been satisfactory. The back support is designed to go into the bottom of the cart and the front supports go on the outside. The designer thus made the top shelf a tad narrower since the front supports angel in because of being placed on the outside. The back support is a rectangle, and a gap was left between the to shelf and the back support. The designers solution was to include longer bolts so it could still be bolted together. This resulted in distorted metal once it was all the bolts were tightened. I'm probably going to disassemble the unit and use some washers as a spacer in the rear support before reattaching the top shelf. Overall, It works for my low use home application. I hate to say, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately it could easily have been better for the same money.Read full review

I saw where others said that the holes didn't line up and things of that nature. I did not have that problem whatsoever. As with anything that requires assembly of nuts and bolts, you have to do it properly. Do not tighten the nuts and bolts all the way until you have them all in their proper places. Once you have all the nuts and bolts in place, then go around and tighten each of them. I think the problem people were having is that they tightened each bolt they put in all the way before putting in the next bolt. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that isn't the proper way to assemble something like this. I put a welder and all the accessories on this cart and it shows no sign of bending or collapsing from the weight. This is a very sturdy cart and for a fraction of the cost compared to some of the other ones other sellers have listed. I recommend this cart highly and I'm very impressed with the sturdiness and integrity of the build. Don't waste a bunch of money on a different cart, buy this one and save some money. Put it together properly and you won't be disappointed. Hope this helps!Read full review

If you're buying a welding cart I'm guessing you have some mechanical skills. You might have to do a little grinding or drill a hole to get it put together right but in the end you've got a good welding cart at a very cheap price. If you want a cart that you just put a few bolts together and it's perfect then it's not going to happen at this price point. I had to grind the axle tube on each side and adjust two of the holes to line up one of the shelves. But with all the extra work I still had it together in under an hour and am very pleased with the finished product. My welder and tank are pretty heavy and it holds everything nicely. It's worth the extra time to save $100. That's how much this one saved me compared to some of the other welding carts.
