The base was cracked a cross but replacement was given. However this was badly damaged. There was room for improvement in quality but I received a total refund without any problems and contact was good.

We're really sorry about that. Like all sellers, from time to time the couriers do damage an item whilst in transit to the customer, even though we pack them to very high standards. To have the replacement damaged too is extremely rare, and as you can imagine we are not happy at all and have raised a complaint with ParcelForce regarding this matter. Again, please accept our apologies. The vast majority of our items arrive to our customers in perfect condition.
