This is the old Hornby Palethorpes 6-wheel van in a different livery. Whether it is entirely accurate for the milk van depicted, I'm not sure. As purchased, the body looks a bit plasticy, but with weathering this can be alleviated. It has a pseudo-Cleminson underframe which affords the centre axle sufficient side-play to run on first radius curves, but unlike the ferry vans, does not steer the outer axles. It does sort-of steer the couplings, although I don't think they needed it. The underframe detail is a bit sparse by modern standards, but looks Ok on the layout.
