this is the older hall class loco but it still performs well having th xo4 type motor i can be dcc hard wired chip

A nice model that looks the part but also works under the 'hood'; it runs well at high and low speeds and copes well with both Peco and Hornby track and points new and old. Made at that sweet spot where they basically just worked. Will shift pretty much any reasonable load too. There may be more finely detailed 00 Hall class models out there but this one might be preferable for anything but the really serious modeller.
