Dire Movie to say the least, I would call it riveting but it isn't ,not quite sure what these characters roles . The whole thing is predictable and just boring . Kate Winslet even struggles in this ... I would not waste your time on this if you value your time

Loved It!
I really did enjoy this film mainly due to the half nakedness of Patrick Wilson throughout. I thought acting standards from all characters were fantastic and the story plot had me glued to my seat. I recommend this film to all people, it has love, anger, drama. However, i was slightly dissappointed with the end as i was convinced they would finally be together, on the other hand, the story teaches of respect we should have for out loved one and how we shouldnt take them for granted. LITTLE CHILDREN - Oh Dear Ms Winslet!
What a shame to see the talented Ms Winslet in such a terrible film! This was on my film rental wish list for ages as it had received many accolades and award nominations and I really wanted to see it. Sadly, it's an absolute stinker! I had no idea what it was about prior to rental, but for me it was a whole 2 hours 10 minutes wasted watching it which I will never get back! I struggled throughout the duration of this film which was tedious at best and an utter mish-mash at worst! It has an annoying "Desperate Houswives"/"Pushing Daisies" type narrative throughout which sometimes is a good job because the film goes nowhere very, very slowly and is another of these "worthy" types of film where we are asked to question our preconceptions of paedophiles and expected to have sympathy for ... What a shame to see the talented Ms Winslet in such a terrible film! There are no redeeming features in this film although the blokes may like seeing the lovely Kate with her kit off, but otherwise, save your money and just don't bother!
