Arrived around stated delivery time. I had to wash it several times as it felt so rough. The description says soft. It is not at all felt like a rough sack. We will use it as a paint cover as cannot use it as a duvet cover. Sorry it's rubbish. It was like the old hospital sheets that made your knees bleed.

Poor quality topper, after 5 days laying unused on the spare bed it still hadn't regained its shape and remained significantly smaller than the advertised 180x200cm, the creases from where it was packed never disappeared and remained compressed. Seller was very good however and sent me the return postage label & refunded immediately on receipt of the returned topper.
