    Great price, good quality, 20 mins to change

    I have a 2002 Citroen Xsara Picasso 2.0HDI and had to be recovered by the RAC due to the key not being able to be turned in my ignition..... this is a common fault on the vehicles and is now the third time in 9 years it has happened, and is down to the ignition switch drawing too much current when the heater is on full and melts the terminals togethers rendering the switch unable to turn, unfortunately as I was in a multi storey car park the key had to be forced to unable turning the steering which breaks the 3 small lugs off the ignition barrel, so both parts are needed to be replaced. This does the job perfectly, is well made, super cheap, and takes about 20 mins to fit. What is not explained in the listing is your old immobiliser chips have to be transferred (cut out) of your old keys ...
