Item description was incorrect, as did NOT have alarm. I sent several examples of similar locks for half the price and by way of conciliation offered to keep the item if partially refunded to reflect inferior product BUT first they insisted I show a pic of what I was sent... DOH, I was sent what I ordered, except you lied about the alarm part and asked I show photos of that and packaging, so had to search my bin! THEN after partial refund had the cheek to ask 5 stars. Try EARNING 5 stars first.
