This is not a exact fitment for a Jazz 2011, the compressor is slightly longer so the mounting points on one side fit in and the other side over shoots the mounting holes by a inch, so there is nothing to mount the radiator to on one side which will make the compressor rattle, we had to modify the bracket and driill a mounting hole. Not too happy
