People like you should not be on ebay, items tested before sent would need oil to lift, paid on 18th sent out on time, if you wanted fast contact ask for next day, ( Costs more) Royal Mail not great anymore.you are meant to contact sellers BEFORE feedback so any problems can be addressed, but get more pleasure out of leaving bad feedback
