    Wipers that work correctly

    For a long time I'd preferred the slimmer style wipers as saw in modern cars, except when it came to the ice and snow. Then I found them terribly useless. Not enough strength to move heavy snow. The hybrid ones do the job nicely, the rain clearing of a modern blade with the strength of an older style. I've had them in 5 of our cars for last year now and only had to change one set which has done roughly 45k miles between mot. That not bad value for essentially £10. The only thing stopping them getting 5 out of 5 stars was actually I found the rubber blade itself easily ripped, I have an off road car and when combined with any mud with stone etc and they would rip very easily compared to hybrid or traditional blades. However this happens maybe 6 times a year so I keep a spare set for it.
