I received one part of a two parted order, this was the other part which was 4 days after it was needed. Several emails were sent, several promises of delivery were given. It hadn't been sent when I tried to cancel, they chose to ignore the refund request and finally sent it. I will be sending it back and I won't be using them again. If I get a prompt refund, I will update this review.

Parts was listed as being on stock and shown on ebay as dispatched on Apr 5th but when this item had not arrived by Apr 25th, I chased it. When I chased the order the seller told me they could not obtain the part and kindly offered a refund. This was all rather disappointing of course, but then again the part is known to be difficult to obtain which is why I was excited to buy from what I thought was on stock.

Purchased this Land Rover key at the buy-it-now price of £216.74. The listing showed 2 items available, then received a message from the seller asking for more money (an additional £65.78) if I wanted the key! I declined asking that the sale be cancelled and I receive a refund. I didn't receive a reply but then received several shipping related emails which suggested that the item was being posted. Needless to say nothing arrived and I had to involve Ebay in order to receive a refund.
