Global Parts were brilliant . My item arrived within 24 hours, was unblemished, needed a tiny bit of oil (no problem), and was fitted in minutes. I have a 2010 BMW 325d Cabrio with only 18000 miles on the clock, like new, and the information online was that this lock was incompatible with it. But this is not true if you want to jettison the toublesome electronic locking feature on this car's glove box that is controlled by the key.
