    Comprehensive and necessary

    As these bikes are now getting on a bit age-wise, it really is advisable to change the Bushes and Seals regardless of mileage. A simple if long-winded job for any competent home mechanic, just give yourself a couple of hours to complete the work, adding on a little for any Fork Leg polishing and general parts cleaning/painting. This is not a "rush job" so take your time for best results. Attention to detail is the order of the day. Be careful when installing the new parts, using correct Rubber Grease on the Seals and Fork Oil to lubricate the Bushes prior to assembly and, of course always use top quality Fork Oil. The quality of the kit is good and will set the bike up for many years/miles of fault free use. Having all the parts needed in the form of a single kit saves both time and ...

    Should'nt have worried !

    I had read some poor reviews for Pyramid Parts seals, although I'd also read good ones as well, so um'ed and ah'ed on whether to buy them. Need'nt have worried ! Seal and bushing kit arrived very quickly and fitted perfectly. Early days yet but so far so very good.
