Listing shows genuine Ducati part in a Ducati box with a genuine filter. Seller sent a cheap copy parts that doesn't fit and refuses a refund. My bike is the right model, just registered a year later. He's using that as an excuse for not refunding me, supposed to be a motorcycle part specialist and doesn't know when parts changed model. Terrible quality and after sales service. Picture one is from the listing, picture two is the junk I received!

Sent the seller pictures of a genuine filter next to the cheap copy they supplied, which you can see is smaller. The genuine part I had to buy from another place fitted straight on, the fuel filter these supplied was 2mm too small. Very dangerous, you can’t take up slack on the fuel line. Told me I can’t have a refund until I change my feedback, other way around sorry. The genuine one I bought elsewhere was £2 more and fitted perfectly. Terrible knowledge and after sales. Avoid cowboys! 🤦‍♂️🤡

    No idea how long it will last but it was a perfect fit and works as it should do. Its not marked as a BMW part although the advert says it is. May or may not be important. I'm mobile

    BMW 650GS Dakar voltage regulator

    Good value item and works as it should. Voltage regulators on a 650 GS Dakar can take a pounding and stop working if the bike is regularly used off-road so it's always a good idea to have a spare. This item fits the bill perfectly
